Star Wars Black Series

I definitely have orange, one white, maybe one black? And I've got a red one but I think that was a video game blowtorch specialist or something. IIRC the white pauldron came with my favorite Black Series piece ever, the dewback.
Yes! that was a great one with the Dewback. That was a tough one to sell off but I decided I was okay not owning bigger things I guess. Then they did the new Stormtrooper body and I wasn't happy with the Sandtroopers anymore, even though I did have a squad of seven heh (two orange, two white, two black, one naked, and one of the white ones DID have a segmented pauldron), but I really feel the newer trooper helmet, and knee joints etc, are an improvement, so I sold all those off as well and just had four Sandies using the dirty Remnant figure but the inaccuracy of those got to be too much for me when they did the Sandtrooper last year, so I sold all those and got four of the Sandies, STILL using the segmented white pauldron on one.

In EU, the segmented white pauldron (the one who says "Look sir, droids") is Davin Felth, who had a story in Tales From The Cantina. He is present in every Sandtrooper scene, and his helmet has the smudge on the forehead the Black Series Sandtrooper has, so the white pauldron one I have now is the only one I haven't cleaned that off of.

The red (and now yellow) I think came about after Disney? Not 100% on that, could have been done after the Clonetroopers happened. I have one red as well with the SCAR squad.

Pre order Quinlan on Pulse NORM. He should be shipping anytime. Don't miss out on Quinlan.
Yeah, Quinlan is one of those "don't leave him to chance, worth full price" figures. I know a lot of Black Series isn't tough to find later on but he's well worth it.

I gotta pull the troopers out and set them up. It's funny having some pristine ones and absolutely wrecked ones and dividing them up by aesthetics.

I love dirty and worn star wars stuff, but I think I'm also scarred by yellowing Stormtroopers, so the dirty ones are kinda preferable to me since it won't matter if they yellow heh.

I had a standard stormtrooper and a few clones that all held up well, but the chestplate (and ONLY the chestplate) on my Commander Cody went yellow and uggh. I'm grabbing one of the newer Mando troopers this week and hoping for the best.

Yeah! I've seen that with just the chestplate as well! Even worse than the whole thing.

I don't need any more troopers, but have caught myself pricing those same newer Mando troopers as well. AND keep looking at the new dirty guy for the movie, wanting to pass them off as the guys in the Mos Eisley square when Luke drives through in the SE version, with no backpacks or pauldrons.

I think the messy troopers look good, but I like my imps clean and shiny to make them seem distinct from the scrappy rebel scum. Right now I'm pretty low on troopers in my collection. I have a carbonite one that I'm sort of using as a headcanon trooper in Beskar armor, and other than that the closest I have is a Darktrooper. I'll see how I feel about the Mando troop when I get him and I might pick up a spare. I feel like you kind of can't have less than two troopers on your shelf. They gotta flank a big bad for full effect.
