Oh definitely agree. I don't even own that rotj figure anymore so i don't have it to refer to, but i agree they'll probably use that as the base. Hopefully they fix the head with an entirely new mold, but would need entirely new belts with the holster added, and new gauntlets, then almost everything would be a different color.

Well the really dumb part is there's a horrendously slim chance I'll buy the Boba at all, heh. After the deluxe Rotj Boba came out and disappointed me, i got rid of it and got the mafex version, then got their ESB figure too. Hasbro would have to really go to town to get me to buy the new one. I'm just excited for more Boba! What i really want is an all new white supertrooper version with no dents anywhere rather than just a repaint, a pristine Kenner-colors release i can actually get a hold of for retail price, and the prepro version with the eye markings on his helmet that was Fett's first ever public appearance.

No kidding! Both of those are shocking at this point.
 
Once Mando became a movie I think they held on to Carson because he'd be a non-spoiler character they could release up front.

Real question: WHERE IS PELI MOTTO?!

I have spots on my shelf open for a new ANH Obi-Wan, C-3PO, ROTS Padme (though I picked up a cheap Aayla to finally make that custom), any other Padme they choose to release, and I would love to get some additional Andor characters (Kino, Kleya, Syril, Bail and a wedding/Senate Mon Mothma top of the list!). Also need them to re-release ROTS Yoda ASAP. I have two and that's not enough.
 
Peli Motto is a figure we would've gotten already in the olden days.

Also, man, I would love a wedding Mon Mothma. Senate too, but the costume design on Mon at the wedding was stellar.

I'd definitely wind up buying it, if it turned out decently. The RotJ version was....okay. Had to do the heat-up thing to fix the head, and that made it juuuuuuuuust acceptable enough for my display. He's far from perfect, but I can live with it. I'm hoping an ESB version will skew closer to film-accurate.

I'd be SO down for those! Heck, I'd probably throw them into my display of Mandalorians, just to have some more variety on that shelf. If they did Holiday Special and Comic colored versions, I'd likely buy them as well!

I'm down for all of these, though I'd add in a classic RotJ Mon Mothma as well. Baffled we don't have her yet!
 
joshsquash729, I did mean Rotta. The character Jeremy Allen White is voicing. I don't know what made me type Ziro. I blanked. And I spelled it Zero lol. I screwed the pooch hard on the Hutt info.

I want Zam Wessell SO MUCH. I want all Prequel characters, but Zam is a Top 10 Prequel character for me at this point. She is a Top 10 overall even for me.

Of course I top 10 very different. I have a saber wielders top 10 all on its own, then a non-saber wielder top 10 all on its own. And she is on the non-saber wielder top 10 along with the likes of Lobo, Nien Nunb, and Garindan to name a few.

Agent Callus actually is rumored. I forgot to put him on the list. But he is on a rumor list on Yakface along with blind Kanan Jarrus. Yakface and their rumor lists are usually pretty spot on.

These two would make me indescribably happy. I'm still such an unabashed Rebels fan and not having either of those bums me out.
 
I forgot Garindan, Lobot and Nien Numb but I'm also gonna need them to re-do Wedge. Never picked him up the first time - was he Photoreal?

I think once finances have a rosier outlook I'm going to buy the Black Series Cantina dio. Never got Ponda or Evazan so they wouldn't be doubles I can't unload, and it would give me another Obi-Wan.

I need an entire bigger shelf system for TBS and I need to re-arrange my OT shelf completely - I realized ESB and ROTJ are on the wrong sides and now that I know that I can't enjoy it. But I also need to just move Jabba to a new shelf, but I don't have one. :)
 
I swear the only reason we haven't had a Lando and Nien Numb two-pack from RotJ is because Lando has struggled at retail.

IIRC the Wedge figure wasn't photoreal? Really surprised they haven't stuck him on a retro card or maybe done a Hoth version of him, easy parts reuse.

I just accidentally pulled my landspeeder out of storage (I had lost it behind a box of MCU figures in my office closet) and now I want to redo a whole shelf with ANH stuff.

While I don't necessarily disagree with you, I do think that, at least Nien Nunb would sell a bit better. People love weird alien designs, and you have the potential to army build him by sticking his head on other bodies to make Sullustan troopers too. Lobot might be a bit harder of a sell, since he is, ultimately, just a plain white dude, robot or not, but he'd pair nicely with Lando, Carbonite Han, and if they ever give us more Ugnaughts, them too.

I mean the two pack specifically - no idea why they haven't done Nien yet. I think he'd sell decently well. I just think it's depressing that Billy Dee's figures languished on the shelves and if they'd sold well Hasbro absolutely would have rereleased Lando and Lobot as a two pack or maybe like a Bespin set with a couple of ugnaughts, and used Nien to get us to double-buy Lando again like they did with Shadows of the Empire Luke and bounty hunter Leia. They love a two-pack with a reprint and a must-buy and Lando lines up really well for a few of of those.
 
Except Lando has definitely proven to be a "must-not-buy".

Hasbro absolutely did that character dirty for some reason, in both scales. But he's probably as poison to retail at this point as any character from Rogue One. I'm really surprised Target fell for the Krennic exclusive, released at the same time as a re-issue - causing both to pile-up.

Bespin Leia with gown, Lobot, Willrow Hood, Ugnaughts and Bespin Guards make a nice wave.
 
It's a shame, too, since both ROTJ Landos are pretty good figures in my opinion, at least for the time. I'd have gladly taken a TROS Lando- and a lot of the TROS designs, really- despite my hatred for the movie. I can absolutely see Hasbro releasing one or both of them as a 2 pack with Lando just to find something to do with all those extra languishing Landos, but part of me thinks even Hasbro wouldn't be that dumb.
 
2025 was the year where I picked up a surprising amount of Black Series figures. Raiding bargain bins for the Andor gang, buying the Count Dooku and Emperor throne reissues, RotS Sheev, ANH Leia, the Super Battle Droid, and a whole bunch of prequel Jedi (Kit, Ayala, Shak-Ti, Lunimara, Bariss, Ki Adi Mundi, Plo Koon). Krennic, Thrawn, and Tarkin are en route, which leaves just one real hole in my collection:

Lando. But I don't like the cut of either the ESB or RotJ ones jib so instead I've ordered Skiff Guard and Solo versions: the plan is to remove the head and neck from the former and pop it on the latter. In theory, that should achieve Peak Lando, right?

With that done, and the various Bandai and Medicom figures I've got covering the other bases, all that's really left is waiting for Medicom to finish out the bounty hunters - where's m'damn Bossk, Mafex?
