I thought thats what AA did back when ENT was actually on air... which is why that sculpt looks so good.

Could the buy the scanning data from AA? that would be nifty!
 
I think he meant face printing. Scanning any actors now for old shows would probably result in the same melty-face we're seeing here. ;)

The AA scans surely do still exist somewhere - Paramount must have access to that. I wonder if they ever scanned the Voyager crew before they ended, or if Playmates scanned TNG for Nemesis - those Picard and Data figures had fantastic likenesses.
