Bring Arts is just sitting on money by not making the main casts, or even just the HEROES, from most of the Dragon Quest games.

I believe there's figures of DQI and DQIV heroes, from a very very old Saint Seiya Myth Cloth-esque line, but they're ONLY in their endgame armors.

This line's so dumb. I remember getting the FF9 figures and each of them coming with 2-3 alternate weapons. The DQ11 figures all had multiple weapons AND came with a little enemy. Who is paying full inflated price for an entire figure just for an alternate weapon that we should've already gotten in the first place?

Is there even anybody that's willing to buy multiple copies of every figure in a toyline if said figures are $100 each and all entirely unique characters? Baffling business decisions all around.

Probably to some degree. I know some of these have commanded a high secondary market price like Barret. Although in an ideal world, the original figures just would've already come with more stuff and these could've just been straight up rereleases of those.

Yeah, the original figures were terribly anemic in regards to accessories, especially for figures of this price point. They could have easily thrown in at least two extra weapons in each, maybe extra faces as well.

They pulled this with Tifa and the Mithril Claw. I think they want you to think they're re-releasing things, but they're really just being greedy.
