Skurge the Executioner BAF Wave

On Fwoosh - Day #798 featured Crystar's supporting comic book cast and their toy equivalents. Warbow was among them.
It's all my fault...
I do hope you're kidding with this. And if you're being serious let me just categorically say NO IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT. Don't even think that for a second.

Those One A Day threads are fun and have brought a lot of joy to us. Don't ever forget that.

In defense of Crystar and Warbow they did have a toy line in the 80s. Granted it wasn't a hugely successful toy line but it probably did raise their profile a bit more than their meager comics appearances might suggest.

I can't say I was dying for Crystar figures in Legends but I think it's a fun sub-line to collect. And they did interact with 616 characters like Nightcrawler, Dr. Strange, and Alpha Flight. Bring on Moltar and Zardeth!

Strong disagree from me on that.

I understand the position but since I like the obscure characters I honestly don't care that some of you feel 'held hostage' by the baf model when I know the BaF model is the only reason those figures exist.

Without a baf concept I don't get to have many of the less high profile characters that get squeezed into a baf wave.

I will never advocate for 'just don't make that' as a choice when it comes to the d-list characters.
Yet still not a single Ultraverse or CrossGen character. Yet we Rock Python…. the poster child for obscurity in the Legends line.

So, while I wasn't dying for the inclusion of the Crystar cast in Legends I have been dying for MU canon toy characters Rom and Micronauts - We got Rom checked off the list. The inclusion of Crystar and friends makes me optimistic Micronauts could happen.

I don't know anything about Micronauts. I do know that Super7 has started making some as ReAction+ figures (1:18 scale with GI Joe ARAH style articulation, don't know about O-rings). Would they mix into a Marvel collection, being that they're small like that? Or should Micronauts be 6" figures to go with 6" Marvel figures?

Well, Dwight told me a couple of years ago that Hasbro has the rights to Micronauts so I can see it happening. I hope it does. I loved that book.

And I just want you to know something while I've got you on the line here. Even though we have a little disagreement on this wave and a green character that shall remain nameless, you are still my Ride or Die. My Partner in Crime. My Day-One.

I am the Watson to your Holmes. The Kato to your Green Hornet. The Samwise to your Frodo. The Spock to your Kirk. The Robin to your Batman.

And just so the rest of you know, I happen to look damn good in little green short pants. DAMN. GOOD.

If you want I can post pictures.
