Selling Toys - Horror Stories & "Happy" Customers

Saw a guy at Gamestop one night in his bathrobe...and it was obvious that was all he was wearing. I'm not easy to shock, but this dude just gave off the weirdest vibes...and I can never get the sights I saw that night scrubbed from my memory.

A buy-it-now buyer asked to cancel something within the hour they purchased it and refused to tell me the reason. I think it was "found lower price" which I think shouldn't be allowed on Buy It Now purchases. Would you all grant the cancellation or "teach them a lesson"? A lesson that will probably be lost on them and just think I'm mean.

The lesson will be lost on them. Not teaching the lesson WILL teach them the lesson of there being no consequences and they can do whatever they want.

The biggest question is whether or not forcing them to go through with the sale is just going to cause you all kinds of headaches later when suddenly the item shows up damaged, or not as described, or or or ...

Catching up on this thread and realized I don't own a robe. Might go with this one from eBay which also can double as a hoodie. A multi-use item!
I'd better hurry, four others have this in their cart.

I feel like the little dangly bits would tickle your dangly bits. Depending on the timing, that may be a good or bad thing. It looks hella comfy, though, to be honest. If they throw in the booby cactus, I'm in!
