Selling Toys - Horror Stories & "Happy" Customers

I have stuff with 100+ views and dozens of watchers, and it just sits there for weeks. But I hold the line!

Have anyone else's sales slowed to a crawl? Sold only two items in two weeks. I haven't had time to be on Ebay as much the last couple weeks, but it's... worrying.

I thought it was just me. January - early March was very steady, but mid-March to now is extremely slow. I thought I'd be picking up traffic from tax returns, but nah. Gas is $5.23/gallon where I live, and I know it's over $4 in most of the US...I'm assuming people are trying to figure out how to eat, rather than buying toys.

Orange Palpatine tweeting things like "an entire civilization is going to die tonight" probably doesn't help matters.

Yep, me too. Not that I ever have all that much up to begin with, but I haven't even gotten any new watchers lately. I had 1 sale in the last 90 days, and after fees and everything, it only got me a little over 10 bucks. I'm grateful for whatever I can get, don't get me wrong, but still.

Hey, you know...this is likely our last day as a normal society anyway. So fuck it. I'm having whatever I want to eat tonight, I'm skipping the gym, and I'm going to play with my figures like a 7 year old in the sandbox. Then when I'm done with that, I'm pulling all of my eBay and Marketplace listing.

What the fuck is even the point?
