SDCC Exclusive Savage Land 3 pack (Rogue, Sauron, Shanna)

I'd also like the full set, if anyone ends up with extras. Star Wars set, too. :(

I went to the trouble of making sure I had a default payment set up beforehand (my Amex card) and the website still completely ignored it.

Welcome aboard!
Thanks! The mess of this set made me try to get back on fwoosh but i apparently cant even get emails to register (i guess my old profiles were deleted?) and i can't even answer their captcha. anyone know what happened over there?

It's a long saga, but everything worked here and we are here, so welcome.

Edit:

Site crashed several times. Some people couldn't get back in. It bled users each time. Admin and owner didn't care.

No updates until this alternative was founded, which read as an eff you to the base. On top of that, the toy company end seems to have ghosted with no communication. Robo left and spun off for vague reasons. No communication.

Everyone here communicates and can log in. Everyone here just wants to talk about toys and weird tangents. Happy ending.

This whole thing is so ridiculous. Are the Marvel Legends and Star Wars offerings wildly more popular than the GI Joe Cold Slither set? How has that been taking pre-orders for a couple days now and the other two sets are up for such a flash (at some ridiculous time of the day) and then gone?

Did they make a lot more Cold Slither sets? That just seems unlikely. I don't understand any of this.

I know in my heart the NYCC Pythona figure is gonna be a nightmare for me to get my hands on, and I'm already bummed about that

thanks for the heads up, i was like "How are other people posting, i can't even get on?!" then i did a search in the forums and found other messages about stuff and then a link to this place.

so far so good, i mean...i can post for one, haha

If you're asking interest, then yeah, cheesecake women on decent builds and a cool X-Men villain formerly locked as a BAF almost a decade is a draw. Plus one of them is Rogue, the face and ass of X-Men to many people.

Mustafar duel is iconic, and over the years as the prequel kids grow up, those movies just become cooler and cooler unironically and everyone wants prequel stuff. People love Anakin and Obi-Wan. It also sets a new standard for Black Series with all the alternate parts. Also, the lava parts are hard to substitute in 3D printing so it's just a real nice solid set all around.

Cold Slither is a one-off episode and even as someone who lived it, I don't really care about it as cute as it is. I have to imagine there are a fair bit of classified fans who might feel that way because they were not even there, and a lot of them are just into the military industrial complex stuff.

I will say though, if the cold Slither set had like some extra Zaranna bonus fig like on the front of the box? Or a Jem figure like at the surprise concert? Then I'd be way more tempted to buy it.

You're not kidding. It's the only one out of the three I really want. I can live without the Rogue set and as big of a Joe fan as I am, I don't care that much for the Cold Slither stuff.

For all the reasons you mentioned, I can't believe they'd make the Mustafar set a convention exclusive and have it be so limited. Of course this is Hasbro and the Star Wars team we're talking about ...

And just to throw it out there, I don't think the Cold Slither is too ridiculous a price, considering you're getting four figs, the instruments and the fancy stage/box — and that sweet '80s feathered hair for Torch. That kind of craftsmanship doesn't come cheap.
