I'm embarrassed at 40 to have such an emotional investment in toys.

I think I took it mildly OK when it looked like all hope was lost. Mildly.

I mean, it's fair, they hype up these things and get you excited then pull the rug out from under you. It's also a symptom of a larger problem, toys becoming scalper bait which ruins it for those who just want to enjoy them as toys.

Side note but the set keeps going in and out of stock.
