Quitting/putting collecting on pause

I'm in the process of another ML cut. Right now I'm focusing in on weeding out the ladies with single jointed elbows, pinned, and gummy legs, etc. I'm about to drop off Firestar, Moondragon, and retro carded Dazzler. Why did I have two of those Dazzlers and the Mojo version? The guy side of ML isn't too bad after the last cut.

I have a set of MMPR Lightning Collection rangers that I haven't bothered to list because they sell for so low right now. I might just donate them to the local comic book store.

I only sold the complete MMPR team and a few others in bulk lots with around a hundred other figures this past weekend.
I had a mother buy both of the Pumpkin Rappers I had for $5 each, but the majority of the figures I had at $10 each (Pudgy Pig and PR were $5).
The demand just doesn't seem to be there.

Some of them are worth a pretty penny, but most aren't worth much. I sold most of my collection about a year ago - this site helped me find which ones were valuable:

If they're still in the box you could always toss 'em in the Toys For Tots bin! Better it go to a kid in need, right? 😅

I kept all the boxes, but probably wouldn't want to donate opened toys. I have the Green and White which are worth something. I basically need to decide if it's better to sell them solo or bundle them with the core five to get rid of them. Or just stash them away and they become someone's toys years from now like my old Toy Biz X-Men figures that entertain my kids when we go to my parents' house.

Green and White will sell on their own regardless and you are more likely to get the most profit selling them individually. That said, the other figures might linger with no takers so bundling them all including the sought after ones might give some incentive to buy.

That's how I think of it when I'm trying to decide to sell individually vs lots. There are some figures I DON'T want handing around and if I have to bundle them with more desirable ones to get them out the door, so be it.

Weird request, but if you happen to have just the belt from the Space Phantom Ranger, I'd take it off your hands. 😂 Don't even know if it's technically meant to be removed, but I saw someone used it as a fodder piece for a custom that I'm also attempting, and I don't know if I wanna spring for the whole figure, since I'd probably never use the rest of it. That's not one of those pieces that's easily found on its own on the 'bay.

Definitely try and get your money's worth for it (if you even do have it), but if all else fails, hit me up.

Side tangent, I hate hate HATE selling bundles of figures on eBay, inevitably someone always messages asking if I'd just sell one or two of the figures ☠️ I even put "SOLD AS A LOT" and "I DON'T BREAK UP BUNDLES" in my listings, so I know they didn't read it 😂

That happens to me too, and I always roll my eyes. But I'm also a hypocrite, because I can't lie and say I haven't reached out to a couple people over the years asking if they'd do that for me. 😅 To be fair, it's a rarity, it's usually only if it's a figure that's hard to find and I already have the other figures in the lot, and I totally respect their answer either way. On the occasion that I do, depending on the lot price, I'll offer to pay more for the individual figure; I even offered the price of the lot for a single figure once, I think. I try to offset my annoyingness with some generosity, at least.
