Absolutely yes to the Phantom Eagle! I can put him on a shelf next to the old DC Direct Enemy Ace. Two WWI fighter pilots side by side.

Any Marvel character whose adventures took place in the dim and distant past is fine with me. The 6th century Black Knight (Sir Percy of Scandia and the ancestor of modern day Black Knight Dane Whitman), The 1950's Avengers and any of the Western heroes like Two-Gun Kid would be welcome.

I do love the old timey stuff.

I just got that figure!! The little replica plane he came with was such a cool idea.

Phantom Eagle is a big yes from me, largely by dint of his kickass issue of Ghost Rider. Bonus points if he, too, came with a teeny plane.

It's a 2-fer to make up the missing day.

Would I buy? YES! I'd buy both
Which versions? Classic

Both of these villains would be perfect for a Bring on the Bad Guys BAF wave.

Mort bad guys are my kryptonite. I can always justify squeezing them onto the back of a shelf.

White Dragon has a really cool look, I've always been disappointed he sort of vanished after his first appearance (and an issue of MTU, which is the first/ last refuge of Spidey bad guys nobody remembers).

SAME. It's silly how excited I would be for Angar in all his hippie goofiness.

White Dragon would be a day one purchase too, and while I prefer the original look his later costume is pretty awesome too

Definitely in for Handbook Angar, can't pass up an actual hippie supervillain. White Dragon's got a super-cool look so also a pickup. Prefer the first costume but agree second one is also worth getting.

Angar the Screamer has to have the greatest disconnect between name and look I can think of in comics. I'd consider it, but probably wouldn't get him.

Would likely go for White Dragon...
