One A Day 2.0 Day #412 Guest Starring puckace - Frightful Four (original team)

My memories of this show and his appearances are so hazy they're practically non-existent, but did Ferrigno actually wear little green shoes instead of portraying Hulk barefoot?
Picture #4 shows the green shoes in all their glory.

No sirree Bob, I would not buy that. I watched that show religiously and it's an iconic look for sure, but I don't do live action representation in my collection any more.

This here. While I think it would be fun if they made them, I'm just not going to start a Marvel television collection.
To me the early Marvel TV collection is Hammond Spidey and this possible set, and ignore the team-up movies with Hulk. I don't want Hasselhoff Nick Fury or the TV DD or Thor.

Maybe. Don't usually pick up figures based on the TV/movie versions of comic characters. However, I do remember watching the show sometimes as a kid and the best thing about it were the actors, especially Bill Bixby, so if the figures were well done I'd probably pick them up.

You don't want the Captain America with a motorcycle helmet for a mask? S'matter wit you?

There was also a made for TV Doctor Strange movie back then, too. It wasn't too bad. CBS showed it once but it never made it past the pilot stage.

So we had a Marvel Television Universe decades before a Marvel Cinematic Universe. Hulk, Daredevil, Thor, Captain America, Spider-Man and Doctor Strange. Considering the time period, they really weren't too bad. There wasn't a whole lot else to choose from with live action superheroes in those days so we had to take what we could get.

I have some nostalgia for the 70's MTU, but not enough to want figures.

It would be fun to see Bixby/Ferrigno as Legends, particularly since they already got the ball rolling with Hammond Spidey. Ferrigno is definitely the most recognized of the early live action Marvel TV actors.
I can picture a TV display with Spidey, Hulk, Captain America, Thor, Daredevil, Dr Strange, Banner, Wong, Kingpin, Morgana le Fey., possibly Banner, Parker, Murdock,
Maybe add a movie Howard the Duck and Beverly.
It would’ve a fun display, but I’m not sure I want to invest in that.

Been out of the loop for a bit...so of course some of my most wanted entries were missed! Classic Valkyrie and Baron Blood are two of my top wants, with Classic Simon Garth being not too far behind. I'd love a classic Heimdall, and I know I wouldn't be able to pass up a Bill Bixby/Lou Ferrigno Incredible Hulk two-pack!

Found it!
