Oh hell yes! Genesis and Tusk were great figures back in their day. Brings back memories and some crazy fun art. While we're in that era I might suggest Post, the herald of Onslaught.
 
I'd probably get them as part of a BaF wave but no strong burning desire for them. The Dark Riders were one of those "names in floating captions" teams (as seen in the pic) where they had to remind you who the members were every time because none of them were ever really developed.
 
I mean, Genesis, Tusk and Barrage/ Gauntlet are musts as characters that had figs in the 5 inch line. I would also definitely buy noseless Wolverine and blue suot Cannonball.

This was a big problem for the X- books by the late 80's and into the 90's, these teams of randomly powered and named mutant bad guys that left no real impression, but got a splash page of them posing to introduce them...

I would also pass on these guys.
 
Not priorities but would likely pick up Dark Riders members and Genesis update if well executed, especially Tusk. Agree Dirt Nap would be an easy, should happen pack-in.
 
I would absolutely take Genesis, Tusk, and Wolverine. But that's probably it.
