Yes, but he’s gotta have those super arched eyebrows. And articulation.
They can make 1:18 figures with articulation, they can make Impossible Man with it too. Maybe some swappable parts.
 
So Punisher has never been one of my favorites and Frankencastle isn't something from when I read the books, so it isn't something I need.

Impossible Man has never been one of my favorites so while I might buy a figure if they made it... I don't really care if they get to him.

Would I buy? Yes!
Which version? Simple gold costume with multiple heads to represent different costumes.

I'm really surprised we don't have Heather yet. Complete re-use with newly sculpted heads.

Tempo is a big yes from me. Mutant that served on multiple factions and has a visually interesting design with that gleaming gold helmet. Ibwould welcome Tembobwith open arms.
 
Yes, I'd buy Tempo. She's not the highest on my list of wanted mutants but would still be a no-brainer Day 1 purchase for me.
