Kid Colt is an instantaneous (as much as it can be) yes. Pictures # 6 or 7 would be my preference. 100 % eventually needs his horse but if they gave us a three-pack/MTO with Colt, Two-Gun Kid and Rawhide Kid, I'd be all over it.

Yeah give me all of those cowboys! I honestly don't think I've ever read an issue with Kid Colt in it, but I'm aware of the character and cowboys are dope. Hopefully Cowboypool starts us on the path towards getting some of these guys.
