Would I buy? YES! I'd buy all of them.
Which versions? All classic except for Whizzer. The later Whizzer costume works better for me.

I don't know that I'm burning to have Angel and the Blonde Phantom, but the rest are a definite "Yes!" But for Captain America, I'd insist his shield be colored like the cover there, with a blue outermost ring, so we can definitely say it's William Naslund or Jeff Mace. I'd also like Bucky to have the yellow collar so it's definitely Fred Davis, Jr.

All in for the All-Winner's Squad. Also prefer the second Whizzer costume. Agree about this Captain's shield and Bucky's collar being different to indicate these are not the originals. Echo idea it would make a great boxset or MTO.

Shes not. She was originally published by Bell Syndicate, but she is one of MANY characters who fell into the Public Domain (including Strongman and Spider-Queen from the 90s Invaders limited series). So anyone is allowed to use her, and they picked her up for the All-Winners Squad in "recent" years.

Yes to the All-Winners Squad. I also agree to the mentioned color variations to show it is the fill-in Cap and Bucky.

I'd buy them all except Cap, Bucky and Namor. I don't need to revisit those characters - although I do kind of like the idea on the alternate versions of Cap/Bucky. I'd happily buy everyone else though, especially Hammond Torch and Toro!

Absolutely, starting with Human Torch, Whizzer, and Miss America. Those I can kind of squeeze into my Avengers display, past that, I'd need them to commit to making enough to justify a dedicated golden age shelf. I've gotten really sick of orphan figures/ characters like Ikaris that I have no clue where the hell to display.

I'd go for a Golden Age All-Winners set of figures. Would make for a nice BAF wave with a Build-a-Toro, or a SDCC set.
