One A Day 2.0: Day #278 - Beast (alternate looks)

So Beast is my second favorite Marvel character and I would happily buy almost everything shown.

My top priority is 'human form' Graduation costume - blue and red. I would then want that repainted in his original training costume, and in his X-Factor "big X" costume... for human I'd want the blue suit with Red x... then have that repainted in brown and yellow with blue furry parts - head, hands and feet.

Then we can move on to other iterations (not the horrible one with the horns though, please)
 
Hell yes. I like the Beasts we have but there are just so many different versions we need to fill out iconic teams. In order, I'd want:
  • Perez Beast
  • X-Factor Beast (red & blue)
  • OG X-Men Beast
  • Neal Adams red & blue
  • New X-Men / Morrison Beast
There are plenty more I'd buy, but those are iconic enough that I'd miss them if they never got made.

When they do start making non-furry McCoys I really, REALLY hope they invest in a new, properly sized and articulated body for him. They can get a lot of mileage out of it for Hank alone, not to mention other characters it could work for down the line.

Classic Mimic would reuse the whole body, including hands and feet. He'd reuse Angel's wings... all it takes is a new head. He'd have to be a deluxe (the wings, you see) but he'd bee all reuse except for the head.

That's basically my want list. I might be interested in some of the other iterations but those are the priority.

And if they re-do the OG figure from that box set can they give him wrist articulation this time?!?
 
Perez Beast is an immediate purchase. I'd likely buy an upgraded, pinless version of the Jim Lee one if they ever get around to releasing him in the 97 line (that HAS to be coming, right?).

Oddly, I'd consider getting whatever that horned version is, but it would be to add it to my ever-growing Krampus display that I do every Yule season. He'd never be displayed as Beast in my collection.

A redo PC wants that I don't? The end times are here.

I have the Caliban wave Beast with a custom head, and I'm kind of good? It's still one of the best Marvel Legends IMO.

As much as I love Astonishing X-Men, '90s Lee Beast is Beast to me.
 
Fully in for multiple Beasts:

• George Pérez Avengers Beast
• Graduation (Neal Adams) red-and-blue human Beast
• X-Factor red-and-blue human Beast
• X-Factor brown-and-yellow human Beast (it would be neat if this was a deluxe figure with swappable furred head/arms/legs)

That's all though. No other versions needed for me.
