Yes to Mandroids. Gold. Image 2 would be my preference. That look was my first exposure to them, clashing with Hulk and Mar-vel. That would be what I’d like. Hopefully Hasbro would give enough advance notice I. Order to save up for a couple of them.

Yes. The one we got didn't really scratch the itch; I would love to get some like either version from the first 4 pictures. Preferably both, honestly.

Would I buy? Sure, but not a priority
Which version? Classic suit and bow tie

Is Foggy an important enough civilian to for you to get a figure? Maybe a head we can put on a suited body? Is there a chubby suited body in existence (it's early and my brain isn't fully functional yet)?

Absolutely! I'm a big advocate for civilian characters getting their due in the line, and Foggy is one of the most consistently important civilians in the whole Marvel Universe! Something like the third or fourth image would do it for me.

In a perfect world, I'd want two-packs of civilians and a relevant hero/ villain to pair them with. Give us Foggy with a new red Elektra, or Gladiator.
