I think that I'm good on Sam. I'll likely buy the rumored Secret Wars figure if it comes to pass, but if not then I'm totally fine with that.

I'm someone who likes to only keep one version of any character and I'm sitting on least six different Sam figures already. Now a pinless classic look would probably replace all of those, but there's no urgency on this one for me. They've already shown us what is likely Redwing though, so we know there's at least some version of Falcon coming.

Of course I’m in for classic red and white Sam. And I can’t see any way Hasbro aren’t going to bust that version out in the Secret Wars wave. I could probably pass on the green costume, but if they do that one first, I’d be sorely tempted.

I’m also physically incapable of not buying wacky old school Spidey villains, so I’d buy Looter.

Hell, Hasbro's even done one in their short-lived "retro" 3.75 line from a few years back:
