I'd get him because I enjoyed him, especially his turn as badass marksman, but he suffers from no definitive costume syndrome.

I would pass on Eye Boy, but I do like whichever writer gave him a boost on his powers. He went from being a weirdo to a weirdo with some interesting powers. Basically they upgraded him to have different eyes have different abilities. Seeing in different spectrums, etc.
