Kismet fits the Quasar series theme better, or perhaps a Kayla Ballantine with the Starbrand.

Yet another Spidey villain who is long overdue and would be easy and economical for Hasbro to make.

Yes a classic “invincible” Lightmaster would be cool, with no new tooling required. Pack in a couple of energy effects, and a buyable figure. Get with the program Hasbro.
