Living Lightning's costume appears to have remained remarkably consistent over the years?

I would definitely buy him for my Avengers roster. But a plastic pack-in "electric" form would be an awesome way to show his power.

The real mystery is how he fits that jacket over those shoulder pads. Perhaps that’s a hidden superpower of his.

I liked LL enough but he is from a later era of WCA than I'm collecting. Also, I agree with @TFitz - the costume design never appealed to me. So I'd be a pass.

Would I buy? Oh yeah!
Which version? Classic, but the modern version is very sleek...

Big Wheel would be amazing.

Big Wheel would be a cool offering, particularly the original design. It’s much more visually interesting. I just don’t see Hasbro committing the resources to this. A HasLab or special project might be necessary to get it. Rocket Racer could be a Tier reward, although I’d much rather he see a single release.

Classic Rocket Racer along with Spot need to be released on their own. Don't give Hasbro any more bad ideas

Big Wheel could be fun, but he's not high on my list. If they made the classic look, I would be tempted.
