Day #158 - Living Lightning

Would I buy? Immediate Day #1 purchase
Which version? Classic costume, plus his lightning form of which I prefer any of the blue versions where he looks more like electricity than a perfect humanoid form.
I would also be content if his lightning form is really just a flat piece of translucent plastic.

Classic Avenger - check. One of three needed to complete the entire WCA roster - check. Operation Galactic Storm participant - check. Member of the Rangers - check. Represents several diverse groups - check. Recent Avengers appearance - check. Defeated Grandmaster in a one-on-one game of poker - check.

I'd probably get him if I was in a figure draught. Never liked his costume design.

Yes to both non-powered and powered up. I'd actually take a low articulation pack-in of the powered-up form in a pinch.

Easy day one purchase. Both non-powered human costumed form, as well as a static “lightning form” pack-in accessory. But a powered form is an afterthought. I’d be happy with him just standing there in costume on the shelf.

I'd take him in any costume, although all of the designs are a little dated.
I'd much prefer costumed rather than powered up.

Sure. Classic Handbook look. Would go towards completing the West Coast Avengers. A powered up version would be cool too, maybe using the Living Laser mold we already have with a new head. Perhaps include a bendy energy form.

Classic Avenger + first member of Rangers to be done=guaranteed first day available purchase. Classic costume preferred with lightning-like representation of his powered-up form. Also, in for remaining never done West Coast members plus Shroud.

Yes please, costumed version. As others have said I'd be okay with his powered up form being a pack in...basically something on a stand that could recreate that third image and I'd be happy.

Living Lightning's costume appears to have remained remarkably consistent over the years?

I would definitely buy him for my Avengers roster. But a plastic pack-in "electric" form would be an awesome way to show his power.
