Definitely yes to both Spot and Rek-Rap. Spot is a necessary and easy-to-make villain and Rek-Rap is a ridiculously fun character who would really pop on the Spidey shelf.

Corruptor in the purple look and Wraith in the 1st look would make good baf figures.

No to Gravity. But Graviton would be an instant purchase.

Master of the World would make an excellent villain in a baf wave I liked.
