One A Day 2.0: Day #163 - Maximus Boltagon

Totally on board with Living Tribunal. He's simultaneously one of Marvel's most important cosmic entities and a player in the mystical realms, as evidenced by the old Strange Tales cover. Also, his appearance, if well executed, would be striking as part of a display. However, he would have to be at least Dragon Man level size. His whole thing is "standing"/towering over and judging (beings, entities, worlds).
 
I have that issue of Strange Tales. He stands about 18-20’ in the story. That said an obvious yes to The Living Tribunal. He doesn’t have to be massive. 14”-18” or so. Clear neck post; could be a made to order.

So... the size of the figure would be important in this decision. If it was a HasLab I would pass. Its not important enough to spend 400+ dollars on, let alone the space to display it. If it were a 15 inch figure... maybe. And that initial image with Dr Strange makes him normal human size and if they released that I would definitely buy.

See, for me, for him to be right, he'd have to be Galactus size because of all the supreme beings being that size in the Infinity Saga's. But, I wouldn't pay that huge price for him if he were that size, so there's the rub.
 
Living Tribunal would be an immediate buy for me. I would take him at any size as long as he showed up in the traditional look (male presenting biped with the 3 hooded head). I don't want any of the more ridiculous takes on the character.

My preference would be for a larger figure (12" plus), but I know the character isn't popular enough to warrant that so if he has to be a 6" figure so be it.
 
Yeah I'd buy Living Tribunal. I don't need him to be gigantic, just a few inches taller than the average Legends figure.
 
Yes on Living Tribunal. But I’d like him to be big. Doesn’t have to be super-poseable, it’s not like he does gymnastics or anything. Titan Sentinel scale would be more than enough.

Would I buy? Immediate Day #1 instant purchase
Which costume? Blue/yellow like in pictures #3 & #4 is preferred. Yellow/silver is fine (pictures #5 &#6) and the modern look is fine (pictures #7 & #8).

Ok Hasbro - where is he? If rumors are true and we're getting Owl in the future, Potter Gladiator has to be next, right?
