The Krang backpack is cool and the price tag is a nice surprise. I still don't have any interest in it. The pictures make it look like this figure won't articulate for crap and looks as stiff as those new Mattel DC figures. For those really into Fortnite though it will probably be fine enough.

It might just be cuz of the prototype. The copy says "Plus, new articulation for increased movement and poseability." But it doesn't say compared to what!

It might, but it looks like a typical NECA torso to me. The joints are there, but I don't see much room for them to do anything just like the 2012 Shredder.
 
Wonder if Walmart's getting out of the NECA game. When they first announced the Fortnite Turtles at a con, they were saying it was a Walmart exclusive (or at least early release) 4-pack, now they're single packs and first release at Target.

It's starting to look that way. Also possible they just didn't want anything to do with another expensive four-pack after the Christmas set from 2024. They have a collector con coming up and I think some NECA product has been advertised for it? That would be something to watch though.
 
$30 for Fornite Shredder is pretty nice, especially with the Krang Back Bling so he’s kinda like a two pack. I passed on 2012 Shredder because I hate how clunky his armor looks, so this guy kinda works as a nice more streamlined stand in…

Not sure I want the brothers in this style yet… but if $30 is the price across the board for the Fortnite line the Fortnitemares are A LOT more appealing to me.
