NECA '87 Toon TMNT

Is there anything new about any of these figures? Or just straight re-releases?

Merely think of another two-pack that isn't selling and they might want to clear inventory of, and methinks you will also have thought of how another of these punks/humans will be re-released in the future.
 
What exactly is punk about walking around NYC in puffy/leather jackets with no pants on? They look like backyard wrestler's on their way to the bodega, at least Scrag looks like his clothes are held together with clothespins.

oh man. human Bebop and Rocksteady with Scrag would have been great. i want Scrag but i dont want the turtles with him.
 
FYI - if you really do just want Scrag, you can probably get him for less than 100 bucks on ebay. This new version is just a straight re-release so you wouldn't be missing out on anything.
 
Saw the 18" toon Donnie at a local Burlington. They had two of them up near the front. $80. I have the big movie figures, didn't want to jump into the toon ones too, but not a bad price if you're after 'em.

Does anyone recognize this? It’s an accessory I found and can’t figure out which line it’s from. It looks cartoony, so thought it may have been from this line.

That was my first guess: Clock King. I don’t have a Clock King figure though so I don’t know for certain. I’m pretty certain there’s no pocket watch in the TMNT line.
 
A reverse image search isn't helping me. It's only bringing up real pocket watches. The McFarlane retro 66 Clock King doesn't look to come with 1, and it looks like the Multiverse CK only has the clock hands for accessories.
