NECA 2012 Turtles

This is proving rather interesting. They must use certain carriers for certain regions. I'm in the northeast and have been checking the FedEx app daily to see if anything pops up, but who knows what carrier they'll use for my state. My wife has the informed delivery account, I'll have to have her check it tonight to see if anything from NECA is in there. My website order and shop app don't indicate anything has shipped yet and I ordered the bundle + Shredder.
 
Mine'll be here tomorrow through USPS. It's just showing Mikey and Shredder. I half wonder if they just didn't scan everything? Guess I'll know tomorrow!
 
Someone on Reddit says they emailed Neca CS and they said that it was only the figures listed as shipped in the email but that the rest were coming very soon. As always, grain of salt and all that.
 
It's so odd that everyone is getting shipping notice saying only part of their orders shipped and meanwhile I got my whole order but never got a shipping notice.
 
Never got a notice that my Shredder from Walmart shipped, but tracking said it was delivered on Friday morning via FedEx. Says it was shipped to the right address, and the tracking says the right city, but the image in the FedEx app for the delivery was NOT my driveway, and I haven't had anyone drop anything off at my door over the last 4 days.
Filed a claim with Walmart and got a refund processing. If it shows up, great, a "free" figure, but otherwise I'll just have to look for him in store.
 
My WM order for three of these 2012 TMNT figures wasn't supposed to ship until something like the 14th. I get an email today that it had been delivered. I get everything delivered to my work address, since it's more secure. No delivery. Looking at my order page, it actually says it was delivered Sat. Look through security footage (there was an employee on premises Sat). No delivery. Look at FedEx tracking. It shows a picture of a house's porch with an address of 2526. My work address is 4221 and a warehouse style building. WM had to give me a refund since there's nothing else they could do. So somewhere out there, someone at a house with a 2526 address got three free 2012 turtles.
 
Where are all these partial and wrong orders you guys are getting being shipped from? Mine came from IL, do they maybe have multiple locations and there is a specific one doing everything wrong?
 
Opened Shredder.

He is rather big. I think we are in for a real treat when they get to larger characters. These scale REAL nice.

...but didn't they show him as coming with his sword originally? Not included this go around.

Only negative is I rather dislike how they handled the cape attachment and posing the head is a chore because it sits loose on his head.
 
Did a little sleuthing. Looked up address numbers matching the image shown via Fedex. Checked some buildings with that address via GoogleMaps. Think I found the house.

Also tried going through FedEx's site and starting a claim. The delivery address I copied from my WM order doesn't match FedEx's shipping label. Which likely means...NECA shipped my order to the wrong address. Are they still not able to ship to correct addresses? Wasn't there a stink last year with them screwing up the Turtle Lair sets?

Gonna swing by the delivery address after work. I'm sure they won't have my package or won't give it up. Their address is obviously in NECA's system, so they're a NECA customer. Chances are, they have a screwed up order too. This should be interesting.

Make sure you have the right tracking number. The tracking number Walmart was showing me was a UPS tracking number, even though it said it was FedEx. Either way, it did not come up in either system, I found the correct tracking number by logging into FedEx and looking at upcoming deliveries.
 
The number I copied from Walmart was pasted into FedEx tracking and got the same result for me.

Though I JUST got an email saying it shipped today, with the same tracking number, so who knows.

Guess I'll find out if a figure magically appears.

Unfortunately, since my delivery address is a business, Fedex delivery manager doesn't work. The tracking number on my order page was indeed a FedEx number. Which takes me to the wrong delivery address. Given all the info, I believe NECA just shipped my order to the wrong address. I printed up a note which I'm going to leave on the delivery address. Who knows, maybe I won't survive the experience of knocking on the wrong door, but I'm going to risk it.

In another level of silliness. The email I got today (Tuesday) said my shipment was delivered. The order page says delivered Sat. Maybe I'll get someone else's order. This whole thing makes me doubt I'll order NECA product from Walmart again. Maybe not even from NECA themselves either, unless it's confirmed to be the only way (show exclusives).

I do think Walmart linked to the wrong tracking number. The tracking number they provided said the box was 17x11x5in and 2lbs. I have/had three turtles on order. There's no way they'd all fit in a box that small. Unless it's just for one of them.
