Got these in today.

God damn, these things suck.

I really feel like the McFarlane of 1997 would be disgusted by the McFarlane of today. These are so lazy, and half assed. The articulation is worthless. Liu Kang doesn't even have a thigh cut.

I mean, Christ, these are, quite frankly, superfluous when Storm did these light-years better. They didn't even bring different character selection in the main line to the table to differentiate themselves from what's been done. The only thing that they have going for them is that they were willing to do Kitana (kinda, if you could snag her) and Mileena.

And even then--THEY FUCKIN' SUCK.

I hate McFarlane's shit with a passion.

Just awful. The oversized weapons that they can't even really hold are just the topper. I hate these so much, and that makes me sad, because I love Mortal Kombat.

Yeah, these aren't bad for McFarlane like the usual problems, they're just... they fell like nobody could be bothered to do anything cool with them. MK feels jinxed compared to Street Fighter.

I've got the 4 solo carded figures (Kitana, Liu, Scorpion and Subs) but haven't opened them yet. Based upon the feedback in this forum, I might not. I have the Mileena/Subs 2-pack and the regular versions of Raiden and Reptile pre-ordered. I skipped the other 2-packs despite liking the alternate heads for especially Reptile, but also Scorpion. I've got most of the stuff that McF did for MK11.

I love MK as a property and hate Street Fighter but finally gave in and bought all of the Jada Street Fighter figures that are out so far and have Akuma/Balrog pre-ordered.

I thought Raiden was decent, just a pain getting his faceplates out to swap em. The lightning effects were done decent I thought. Liu Kang has grown on me a bit from the 2pks, though I prefer the red version. The ninjas are what I was mostly after so I'm happy with what we got. Wont be chasing down Kintaro or Motaro or Goro or whomever else. Might get a Johnny Cage and Sonya, doubtful on Kano or Jax unless they stand out to me. 5-6 characters were really all I wanted from this line.
