ML Secret Wars

My Daredevils right arm pops off at the glove cut folks don't seem to like. I never realized that was a separate piece, but I guess that makes sense for characters with gloves. I think they just forgot to glue it.

I like the velvety smooth voice and the atmosphere.

I want a fireplace in the background with a bust of Galactus on the mantle and a glass of fine Scotch in the foreground.

I'll subscribe. But the second he has a thumbnail with a picture of him holding up the latest ML while making a face, I'm out.

He's starting to believe...

That heavy criticism equals a profit. He seems very intelligent and well-spoken, but in the one video he incorrectly states that the new Future Foundation Reed and SDCC Electro are the Pizza Spidey body. It was actually the basis for the thumbnail about using 2014 bodies.

He could become an important and informed personality in the collector community. Or he could become just another guy bitching to the camera and making a few bucks.

I hope he does become a guy in front of the camera because what YouTube is really lacking is white men with beards yapping at the camera with authority.

Right now, he comes across as a guy who's just thinking aloud which I can relate to since I have no one in my personal life I can just talk to about action figures. The engineering talk is akin to an Anthony's Customs, but without the whininess and chud factor (for now, always a chance for a Milkshake Duck situation with anyone "new").

This is a brand new term for me - never heard this in my life!
It's only on my brain right now because I recently saw a bunch of people on Bluesky calling attention to it being 10 years old (I think), which also is another thing in and of itself. It is a great term for describing that only on the internet phenomena of being charmed by somebody one day only to find out they're actually a racist lunatic otherwise.

A true gift to the community, we are blessed to have so many. Also, guys who sit superimposed in front of an action figure photo floating above their head pointing up at it the who time. How and why did this become a thing? Is it... did TikTok do this?

What the fuck is this content and why does Instagram try and push it constantly?
