ML Preorders and Fanstreams

For some teams or characters I just like to have something to represent on the shelf … the guardian update was any easy yes because much of the early Hasbro ML offerings just fell short IMO… but characters like Thor im looking for the perfect version for many incarnations and will likely buy and rebuy Thor for years to come. So is Box welcome? Sure but I’m not super invested in that character so he’ll make a nice addition… but could they do a better song bird that I’d buy? Probably.

Honestly, that set in particular I'd like to see reissued just because the whole set felt a little brittle to me. The plastic was bottom of the barrel on everyone except maybe Puck. I am, right now, not in need of a re-do, but I would buy a redo in better material.
 
I want a new Guardian cause they blew it on the paint on the Wendigo wave one - the promo paint was glorious but sucked on the actual figure. Upgrade the body and paint him properly and I'm in. Keep his grumpy headsculpt, Mac was always a bit of an ass.

Yeah, that was a "good enough I guess" Mac and I'd always be up for an upgrade but I'm not holding out hope.
 
Man-oh-man that deep-red metallic paint job is so sexy.
But there are so many essential characters that need to premiere in the line before redos. Heck there are still a few dark-days redos that need getting to before Mac. (e.g., Yellowjacket, Valkyrie, Doc Samson, and Mole Man!)

But, if they did drop a new Mac on the Vulcan buck with that metallic paint-job, I would not hesitate to scoop that mf up!
 
YJ at the very least has been in my top ten, and easily my most requested redo. I have to hope those listed are coming in the next few years. Doc already rumored.

As for Alpha Flight, they’re not a team I prioritize, so I don’t need redos of all of them. But I’d get a MTO Sasquatch the size of Dragon Man, even after customizing the LooseCollector Bigfoot.
 
They have been systematically upgrading the old Hasbro figures.
Yellowjacket, 70s Hercules and Danger have to be high on that list of re-dos.
Now that Marvel Select Annihilus is off the table, I can guarantee you Hasbro has fast tracked him.
Mole Man and Doc Samson are rumored.
Brood Queen would be AWESOME!
It's no guarantee that they will update all the old figures though, since Dwight poo-poo'd updating 1940s Bucky.

However:
The Ant-Man/Wasp set sold out.
They re-issued it and it sold out on Hasbro's site soon after and hopefully has sold well on EE and other places.
The fact that it was re-issued should hopefully show Hasbro there is a demand for Hank and Jan.

I'm hoping we'll see this 2-pack before SDCC or revealed at SDCC.

While I usually prefer new characters over upgrades, all of these plus classic Hercules are high priorities for me. Hell Hercules's legs would get dual use with Gabriel the Air Walker. At least Doc Samson and Mole Man are on the leak lists. Valkyrie has been mentioned by Dwight, , but that was awhile ago.

Yeah the paint on his release was disappointing. Honestly the whole team needs updates and my Vindicator is now starting to yellow on the lower legs.
