Mety Toys/LingJiHun TMNT Figures

Indeed. I hope all of the companies out there send Super7 a nice card or fruit cake this holiday season for setting the bar so low.

My Leo and Raph should hopefully be here tomorrow. They arrived at the hub nearest me where most carriers have locations, and packages usually arrive the next day. They're shipping that third party company GoFo, so who knows for sure.

Out of the blue got a delivery today! Sadly, it's just one Turtle. Fortunately, it's the best one!

Some super quick thoughts on both.
- haven't done any extreme posing but they seem to be well articulated. The knees and elbows have more ROM than I expected considering the pads
- I think that the only parts shared between the 2 are feet and hands. Surprisingly, everything seems to be new. Raph is actually proportionally larger than Leo, instead of reusing the same body with longer legs or some shit like that. He's got some veins popping all over his body, different marking on the shell etc. Even the arm and leg wrappings are sculpted in different patterns
- they come with a thousand pairs of hands yet don't have flat palms
- 3 heads for Leo, 4 for Raph, 3 interchangeable bandanas. Two of those are the same sculpts: laying flat on the back and slung over right shoulder. The "action" bandanas are unique for each
- wasn't expecting Leonardo to come with 2 different sets of sheats
- love the closed eyes portrait for Leo. Gonna have so much fun posing him meditating or fighting blind

And these are 100% the Storm Collectibles TMNT I was looking for. They fit in scale and style with Ryu and co!

Yeah these turtles are fantastic. As a kid growing up in the 80's with turtles that couldn't even bend the knee and the brown plastic pop off weapons action figures have come a long way. Mety Toys hit a homerun here!

Ok so the articulated shells are kinda neat, because once you bend the torso, you can position them in such a way that it'll still look natural without the shell riding up and revealing the buttocks or being too low while exposing the neck.
