They don't do it like 5K does? 5K reserves all the pre-ordered stock for two weeks to allow for second payments and THEN lists the extra stock (unless they've already got extra stock to begin with). That sounds nuts if Bombusbee does it free-for-all like that, and as pointless as you say.

Had Leo and Raph delivered from afar today, right under the wire to be considered today. Dropped off at 11pm to be exact. I didn't know Batman does drop shipping. Anyway, love them both, all the hands really allow for diverse posing, even if they're all grimacing you can still shove a pizza in one hand and a "hang loose" posed hand on the other, then you just have a "weird punker wearing green makeup."

Will be excited to get Mikey and Donnie whenever that happens. These definitely are blocky and not wholly articulated as a ninja would be, but they're solid they don't wobble and they stand pretty well on their own without concern. Plus they look great. Definitely in for the next wave with the villains. I just hope I can limit myself on Foot Soldiers.
 
I caved and grabbed Leo & Raph from Kowkis Toys. They've already got it packed and have a shipping label created.
 
I was tempted and looked at Kowkis. $300 shipped for 2 Turtles. That, I cannot do. Is that what these are going for everywhere? Will waiting result in a cheaper price? I didn't see them on LT Cave which is the only overseas place I have used and never had to pay a tariff. If I had to pay a tariff on top of $300 I would probably lose it.
 
Bombusbee had them for less than $100, but they're sold out of all 4 right now.

That whole ordeal with cancelling my order as previously mentioned aside...

...they shipped just Raph. So, I just messaged them to ask on an update on Leo and when I can expect that to ship.

This is the update they gave me:

"Hi, you selected Boat Shipment for this order. Please note that shipping speed is delayed due to channel restrictions."

I told them that makes no sense. I chose the same for Raph. These guys kinda suck.
 
I'll probably stick with Kowkis or 5ktoys going forward. I've yet to be told so, but 33Toys is supposedly wanting more money before shipment, and I dont remember them being significantly cheaper than Kowkis and Kowkis seems to come in faster.

33Toys has them available for $109 shipped now. Pretty much double from what they were pre order at $60 each. He has shipped pre orders though mine have reached the states.
 
Got an email from 5K about second payment for Leo and Raph, but I guess they only sent them out to the first 70% of folks who ordered from them because their own order is being fulfilled in stages and they only have about half of it right now.

They said Don and Mikey expected 2nd quarter next year.
 
1) This line is going to take FOREVER to come out at this rate. Great that they've shown everything they have planned, but if the remaining two Turtles aren't coming until the second quarter of next year? EESH.

2) *Fuuuuuck* Bombusbee. I previously highlighted my issues with how they handled my order. Got my payment to process finally (through no fault of my own, I changed nothing, it just finally started working). But they only shipped Raph.

I asked for an update on Leonardo, and they tell me he's delayed due to shipments to the US being slow for "reasons" :::gestures to the entire planet at this moment in time:::

I tell them that that makes absolutely no sense, as they shipped Raph and I paid for them both at the same time, so please update me on my fucking order (obviously I didn't use "fucking", but still...I did put out that energy in my response, admittedly). I wasn't rude, but I made it clear that I was not happy, especially after they just cancelled my order without telling me previously.

They have since ghosted me. Refuse to respond to my messages. Once I received that email from 5K, I demanded that they cancel my order at Bombusbee. I'll be sticking with Gundamit and 5K going forward. Top to bottom shit customer service.
