So the Kelley Jones Batman has the wrong symbol? Bummer, but definitely right out of Todd's playbook. Nice not to be tempted (unless there's a variant).
I guess it more or less depends on which Kelly Jones they were aiming for. His 90's run
mostly had the yellow oval, as that was the look at the time, but depending on shadows and the mood Jones was going for it would occasionally appear as just a grey bat (or, sometimes, an all yellow bat). During this period, you really never got great looks at Batman without him being swallowed up by his cape...Jones went for an aesthetic of "this is how people see Batman, instead of this is how Batman looks."
Then you get to the Red Rain trilogy, and I think (I could be wrong) there was no yellow oval there.
And modern books with his artwork feature just the bat.
My bigger issue with this figure is the coloring, I know blue was often used in the olden days as a stand-in for black but by the time Jones was doing Batman in the 90's, Batman was black-on-black to match the movies. So I don't know why they went with blue and gray on the figure.
If they were going for 90's, he should look like this...but I guess we already got one of these? I don't remember now:
This was the closest I could find to blue and gray, but I don't think it's actually intended to be blue:
Edit:
@AceofKnaves beat me to it, and more succinctly to boot
