McFarlane DC Multiverse

After much peer pressure,Lol , I picked up New 52 Batman today since it was payday. As ALT said it's a great looking figure, especially to pose and I quickly got use to the very light gray. I think this is the only time I caved to peer pressure and wound up happy!

Found Plat Ivy, Plat Diana and both Hawkgirls today between two different Targets. Ivy looks so much better in person. Her neck is too short but her drag queen features aren't as sharp with natural lighting. BIG SIGH of relief.

I like the color scheme on Diana, though the added collar piece makes her neck look even shorter than the already-too-short it is. Kinda wish she had the pants - anything to stop the re-use of these awful legs.

The black-costume Hawkgirl is very striking. The other one looks odd.

The line can end now that Ivy is *FINALLY* on the shelf.

I'm kidding. But seriously - WTF took this long when she's literally just a repaint with a new head and two new hands?

I will give Todd credit - I bought FOUR female figures on the same day Harley arrived, so that's five in one day - and it would have been seven if I'd found the regular versions as well!

I find it humorous that there are four completely different Hawkgirl costumes shoehorned onto exactly one Hawkgirl buck. I need a maximum of one Hawkgirl in my collection and I may just stick with the regular version of the first release that I already have.

I have the first WW as well. I like the metallic colors of the outfit better on that but I like the face and the hair(?) better on the new one. I like the fact that there is a LOT of hair, but it kind of looks like thick playdoough.

I think the regular Poison Ivy looks a LOT better than the plat. I had a scathing "tOdD sUcKs" post all typed up over the green flesh tones painted over the long gloves.....I spared you all that.
