What email did you use, because I am getting NOWHERE with the [email protected] and [email protected] email addresses.
 
Went into a GameStop and pre-ordered Batman and Two-Face '89. They still haven't sent me/refunded me my pre-order that never arrived, Damian Batman. I've seen him countless times at retail, and just want my money back at this point. I even called customer service, was promised a refund, and nothing happened. Can't believe I'm ordering from them again, but I can't miss that Billy Dee Two-Face the way I missed Lucius Fox...

I was posting this again, because I actually found a rumor list that had this on it. And there is a rumored Kilowog, possibly as an SDCC exclusive, and he's a Yellow Lantern. I don't know if that will still happen or not, but I found a list on Facebook that has all the rumored stuff, as well as the rumored stuff that has now been revealed crossed out, and Kilowog is on the still to be announced part of the list.

So, maybe we'll get a Deluxe Yellow Lantern Kilowog at some point exclusive or not.
 
Checked GameStop early this morning. Nothing. Checked again a little before lunch and there they were. Grabbed both. Now we’ll see if GS can fulfill the order. They have a way of cancelling on me.
 
I just got a pre order in for Black Mask. I don't know if I'll get it though. GameStop does love to cancel. Not as much as Wal-Mart, but still.

It took 3 emails to the customer service email before THEY told me to email the store@ email (which I had done once already and not gotten a reply).

So I did so AGAIN, and laid it all out. THEN I got a response that my case will be escalated for review, and someone will be in contact once that's happened.
