McFarlane DC Multiverse

I went ahead and set an alarm for Zatanna tomorrow. I'm normally in the middle of work for Todd's drops but sneaking off is doable.....if I remember. It's usually easy to predict which preorders sell though in minutes/seconds and this one is a safe bet.
 
Yep. Want everyone from this wave but want both versions of Blackhawk and Cosmic Boy. Would prefer plat versions of Pyg and Ralph and regular for Zatanna. We'll see how it goes. I'm hoping these are plentiful at brick and mortar but will still try to get pre-orders in.
 
Bestbuy's generally reliable, yeah? I just ordered Z and Cosmic Boy from them because I'd be really bummed out if I miss them in a few hours. Not a STRONG preference on Cosmic Boy but hoping for the calm-faced Chimp version fo Zatanna. I will not miss the gambling aspect of buying Multiverse when it's gone. Truly, just take my money twice for both options, don't make me roll dice to get it.

I order from BB quite often, never had any issues with them. They tend to get things as quickly as Gamestop, in most cases. Much faster than BBTS or Amazon, in my experience.
 
I was able to get orders in at Best Buy for Blackhawk, Cosmic Boy, Professor Pyg and Zatanna. Elongated Man shows sold out. Thank you to @TheRealSmallville for the heads up!

I'll agree that I've never had a problem with Best Buy other than them not honoring a Marvel Legends Maximum Hulk pre-order that they listed $10 lower than MSRP. I have to depend on their online offerings though because my local store seems to have gotten out of the collectibles / figure business.

I just barely missed on Zatanna at Best Buy. She went out of stock while I was logging in.

Like Yojobro82, I have an alarm set, but I’m also at work, so it’s going to be hit or miss.
 
I've had good luck with NECA stuff from BB but I don't think I've done McFarlane stuff. I was shocked they were showing in stock, but hey, if I have Zee and Cosmic Boy this weekend? I might start using them more often!

I DESPERATELY don't want angry Detective Chimp, gents. I haven't been this stressed out about NOT wanting a chase since Power Girl.
 
Out of this wave, I just want Pyg, who I'm at least pretty confident will be pretty easy to find. I rarely stop in to Best Buy anymore, since they got rid of their physical media for movies, but whenever I do, they never have much in the way of figures. I don't think I've even seen any of the collector's edition figures anywhere but Best Buy, though, come to think of it. Never have at WalMart or Target- maaaybe GameStop?

And I'm like you, doc; it feels weird to be at a point where I actively don't want the chase of something, but regular Pyg just feels more unique and flashy to me; I can add blood splatter to any figure, so that's not quite enough to get me to go for it.

This was definitely an unusual situation, I've never seen BB go up early like that. The rest will be on-time, 9am pacific. If you shop with BBTS, go to the McFarlane page and start hitting refresh every 20 seconds or so starting at 8:58am, sometimes they go up 1 or 2 minutes early.
