Mattel MOTU Chronicles Movie Figures

Is this how they release Skeletor with a crown and a goblet? Who knows.

I honestly have no idea what they could really do with a He-Man and Skeletor two-pack that would make everyone go buy those two exact figures all over again. But I guess we'll see.

I'm more of a He-Man guy than a Skeletor guy, so they'd really have to wow me with that He-Man to get me in on buying these two figures all over again. Because a crowned Skeletor isn't gonna do it.

I took advantage of the Target sale and grabbed Man-At-Arms and Trap Jaw today. Under $50 for both figures was nice in and of itself. Then I opened them. I love this line because it leaves nothing on the table, you get the accessories you need, you get the hands you need (which, shockingly and sadly, is no longer a guarantee with other lines), they look like a million bucks and feel like an import. They incorporate all the articulation that is now industry standard, and you pay what is now the minimum price for a 6" scale figure. Awesome, awesome toy line.

I thought the $10 off over $40 was something you had to scan a target app coupon for, but it took the money off without any of that. Does this mean I can go back and get $10 off for Battle Cat now?

It would have to be a pretty impressive HM and Skel to get me to buy them again. I really happy with what I have.

After Teela and Lyn I suspect Im just in a holding pattern til new characters drop. Hopefully they show some at SDCC.

Took advantage of the Target sale and got me a Battle Cat. Good lawd...I love this putty tat! He really looks amazing, and gets into some really great poses.

I think I want to pose him on the shelf with Beast Man's head in his mouth!

This is where I'm at as well. Hopefully we'll see movie Beast Man next month, maybe a few others, and a look at some none movie characters as well.
