Everything with Snake Lair 2.0 looks cool but I don’t think I’ll be backing this one either. No room.
 
That looks so cool! Way better than the Snake Lair monstrosity they attempted before. I don't know if I'll get it just due to space. I will and have got anything that is actually from the vintage collection when it comes to playsets, vehicles, and beasts. And that all takes up a lot of space and is pushing it with all the other stuff I collect.

So, I don't know if I will do something that is not from the vintage collection when it comes to a playset. But that looks really cool. So, I may end up backing it.
 
I waited all day for the Mattel Creations exclusive item today. Hoping, it would be a figure from the vintage collection. And what is it????? God Damn Tranfsormer He-Men's.

Transformer Masters crossover characters. Robotic Megatron Skeletor and Bumblebee Man At Arms.

AND, not that I want them, but even though I'm a Grayskull member and there is a 24-hour Club Grayskull Member exclusive window, the site won't let me look at the items or purchase them. Like I said, I'm NOT purchasing them. But I'm a paid Subscriber and I CAN'T purchase them.
 
Swift Wind and She-Ra coming to Mattel Creations in September!! I forgive them for their stupid ass Transformers now.
 
These fucking idiots have lost touch with reality. They're as bad as Super7 now with the unchecked greed and contempt for their own consumers. 300 FUCKING DOLLARS for a playset the size and complexity of the Castle Grayskull that I bought for 89 CANADIAN dollars a few years ago, which is now being released again for 130-ish dollars. But the snake playset is 300 dollars?

Get fucked, Mattel.
 
Don't need to preorder that one. I like it just a little more than sketch Grizzlor, which is not much.
 
Yeah, I felt that Spikor wasn't that great. However, the tail kind of sold me on it. So, I did pre order him. Again, I will be using him as a new, generic Eternian character. Spike-Tail or some such thing.

By the way, I loved Ray-Dar for the sketch Sy-Klone NORM. That is totally what I named him.
 
Yeah. Right? I didn't want to be the first to comment because it would seem like I'm just going after Mattel generally. I don't like Transformers and I have no interest in this crossover whatsoever. But they've just gotten so incredibly greedy.
 
It all tracks if you think about Hasbro's latest interview where Chris Cocks saying they wanted to make more money off their licenses and make less toys. Blaming Mattel would be short-sighted, this is the collab of two greedy companies. But these things are destined for Target clearance anyway.
 
Anyone else think it's weird that during the entire booth walkthrough with Mattel.... neither Pixel Dan nor Damon bothered to talk about the classic-style Origins figures.... at all? Like.. at all. They went right to 200x and then into Masterverse and that stupid Transformers crossover. That's all we got. There's literally new Origins product right behind them and they were like 'fuck it, who cares about that.'

Origins?! Did they show pics? I hadn't heard but I've been out of the loop this afternoon because this is the one day this week I had to actually do work at work! Gahhhh.
