Masters of the Universe: Masterverse

Mattel Creations made me change my password before I could log in. Weird.

I also ordered two Moss Man. At 35, that feels steep, but he’s like a head taller than the average figure, wider too! Didn’t realize that til I saw the comparison photos. Seems worth it but also there’s a chance he’ll stick around and get discounted.

Looks good...though I'm seeing Jennifer Anniston in that face....this must be "The One Where They All Dressed As MOTU Characters". Hoping we get Ross dressed as Orko soon!

I just got Kobra Khan and KLUT. First, Kobra Khan is one of the best-looking figures in the Masterverse line. And that's really saying something seeing how many great looking figures are in this line. But Kobra Khan really stands out. The colors, the details, the sculpt. He is pretty much a perfect looking figure.

Now, the KLUT. Keep Looking Up Teela to the uninitiated. Some Teela's are not, I repeat NOT looking up. But my Teela is the SUPREME KLUT! This girl is looking up to the point she might be looking behind her. Her damn pupils are her eyebrows. The sky is safe when my Teela is around because KLUT Keeps looking up. Forever!

The figure looks great. The body, the armor, the paint. And her face sculpt in person is honestly pretty damn good. Angry Scarlet Johansson really was a good way of describing her. But my figures pupils are at the top and looking straight into the sky. Luckily, when her Snake armor is on you really can't tell. But the eyes are so bad I will never display her without the snake armor.

And I do wish the snake armor didn't just sit on her but somehow attached so it was secure.

Teela a 3.5 out of 5, Kobra Khan a 5 out of 5.

I already had Hordak, and he was a 5 out of 5 too.

I got Moss Man today too. After I pre ordered it today I thought my pre order duties were done. Then I remembered that in an hour from Moss Man, Hasbro had Marvel and Star Wars stuff going up for pre order.

Still, got everything I needed.

I'm sorry you guys had trouble NORM and RicksNerdLife. Sounds like you got it sorted out NORM, but Rick, did Mattel give you the option to have them try again on your form of payment?

It kills me all these weird little problems that keep happening with both Hasbro Pulse and Mattel Creations. They are two of the biggest toy companies in the world, and they just can't seem to get it together on their webstores.

Appreciate it. Tried again 15 minutes later with the same card and it went through that time.
 
Yeah... I'll say this for Mattel Creations, once youve ordered they get that product out. Eager to have my Moss Men in a couple of days.
 
My Amazon mystery order Kobra Khan has shipped from California(?!) and will be making a cross country trek and is scheduled to be here on.....September 5th. I've never had Amazon ship from that far away and take that long. Very weird, but beats the alternative of me not getting it at all because a closer DC doesn't have any. Still nothing on KLUT, who I am secretly hoping has her upwards looking eyes so far up that they are on her forehead so she dethrones Super Camel's as KLUT Supreme.
 
My Amazon mystery Khan shipped from Las Vegas. I too am surprised they bothered to fulfill this soon if it meant shipping from across the country.
 
My "label created" entry from USPS initially said CA as well, but the first entry on Amazon's tracking said Las Vegas, and that is where it was left per the USPS now as well, supposedly to arrive Friday. I agree, it's pretty odd for them to have sent it from that far out, or at least to have admitted to it!
 
I put in an order for Moss Man ... and (finally) added Snout Spout to the order as well.
 
Hm. When I click on my order for Mossy through the confirmation email, the order details say it's on backorder. Does not say that on the actual order history page, though...

As long as it doesn't say it on the actual Mattel Creations order history page, you should be good to go. Hopefully it will say it's been fulfilled and ships out soon.


Mine just processed and shipped out. So, hopefully yours will soon, or maybe already has.
