Marvel Toys on Sale

I find almost nothing at local Ross(es) and there are many around here. Also, in many cases I’d rather pay more than wait in their crazy long lines.

Thanks! I love the Priest/Marvel Knights BP run, but I'd been holding off on him since I wasn't overly impressed with the figure. Happy to pick him up now.

EDIT: I also randomly had a 30% off coupon for Brother Voodoo, who I've also been holding out on because I'm annoyed to have to buy him a 3rd time. But I can stomach him at $17 and change. Double thanks!

I don't see them very often, even when others are posting about them. I'm not sure how they're even targeted - if they're completely individualized, or based on geographical regions, or what.

I thought that whole wave would be discounted by now aside from perhaps Dracula. Can't imagine that wave is a strong seller.

I'm holding out for that eventual price reduction. If they hadn't screwed the pooch on Blackheart's articulation I would have had the wave since release.

I think you're right, there's a preorder available on BBTS showing a May 2025 arrival. I missed this bit of news.
 
Stopped by Ross yesterday and found the white Iron Man from the Zabu wave and noticed that the $5.99 price sticker had been partially scratched off and a new $12.99 sticker was placed on the package. Took them long enough.

I personally applaud it — if they're raising prices like that it pretty much cures any desire I have to drop in and look for stuff that I almost never find.
 
@GrumpyMatt Yep, that kind of stuff will make my stops there less frequent. If I came across that figure for $6, it's a certain buy but at $13 it's an easy pass. I have 3 Ross near me and I very rarely find anything like a $6 Marvel Legend there. I usually regret stopping in since all 3 stores are out of my way.

Anyone with an Ollie's or Ross or whatever around them found an Ant Man from Quantumania? Been downsizing my Legends a bit lately, and have decided I want his lastest version for the display. He's not thaaaaat bad on Ebay, but because he's such a basic figure with no real accessories, I'm just being picky, I think. Kicking myself for not just picking him up a year or so ago when the wave was on clearance at Target for like $10-ish.
 
Ollie's had one on a recent visit but he's $10 so not sure if that's a deal or not.
