Marvel Toys on Sale

If Target is having to clearance out IRON MAN for 50% off, then it didn't do well. Now I get that it's an oddball version of Iron Man, but still. I bought the whole wave for full price (pre-ordered) but the only want I really, really wanted was ROM. I couldn't care less about the mini-comic. Now if it had come with a real readable comic, that would have been different. I'm in no hurry personally to ever see another one of those mini-comic waves.

Just picked up Ultimate Iron Man (mini comic wave) at Target for 12.50. Miles and Banshee still scanned at regular price.
Thanks for the heads up — grabbed the last Iron Man at the Target closest to my office this afternoon. Shocked Chuck is still $17.49. I don't think they've sold a single Prof. X figure at that store, even at 30% off.

Also, you can't base a wave's success on Target clearance trends. They're insane.

As for the mini comic gimmick — Hasbro's moving farther and farther away from BAF waves and this just seems like a token gesture trying to convince us that we're getting "something extra." But it's barely that. I can't believe the mini comic would drive sales one way or the other.

It's also silly to send entire aisles of product to clearance the week *before* a big sales event. Also, when tariff-related shipping issues are still happening - do they want empty shelves?

Anyone seen Banshee on clearance? There's something weird with him in Target's internal system and it's not triggering clearance on him.

From what I've seen, Target only bought cases of three figures, Miles, Ult IM and Banshee - and I'm guessing it's because they think they can sell a Spidey, an Iron Man and an X-Man. Why they passed on a Wolverine is a mystery. Even though ROM is probably the most desirable fig in the wave, I can see why an uninformed buyer would pass on him & Adam.

LOL! All my Targets have Rom, Miles and IM. I'd love to find a Banshee, the only figure I want from this wave.

Funny to read all the Target distribution woes. I'll add to the misery. My Target only ever got Miles and Iron Man. Those 2 are the ones I had zero interest in purchasing. Well done Target buyer and distribution center. Miles is falling off the peg and Iron Man went to clearance. Never saw the ones I wanted at retail. Preordered Banshee and ROM online. I just don't rely on retail anymore. It's such a crap shoot with all the stores now. If I find anything there now, it's just a bonus or picking up something I initially passed and decided to purchase in hand.

My Walmart has pegs for them, but I never saw a single figure. Hard to believe they sold through.

My Targets are choking on Banshee. 4-6 at each store.
Yeah, I'm seeing a whole lot of Banshee at my local stores.

The Walmarts around here all seemed to get a case (I'm guessing) of this wave in the past few weeks. I haven't seen any remnants of the wave lately, so they must have sold ok — but if it's only a case at a time ...

I finally broke down and bought the movie Electro for 19.99 at Target. I'll probably regret that since they had still had 4 in stock. They'll probably be $12.99 next week.

Just picked up mini-comics Adam Warlock ($21.24) and Daken ($22.09) on the Target website. There is a Target Circle sale that got me $10 off a select toy purchase of $40 or more, so chop off $5 more from each figure, plus the 5% off having a target card.
My mini-comic wave is now complete.
Tony is also on safe for $21.49.
Miles is still $24.99.
ROM and Banshee are up at $25.99.
