Marvel Megos

These sets sell out extremely quickly. Wasn't able to get the Spider-Man one or the F4 one. Guess I'm not collecting these. Not willing to pay over retail or chase them down.

Congratulations! I'm hoping my aunt can pick me up one from Disneyland this week.
I have to work when most preorders go up and missed out on this per usual. But I'm already reading about some people having their orders cancelled again. I loathe the Disney site. :rolleyes: Happy to avoid the frustration of dealing with all that baloney.
 
I need to give a big thanks @puckace too; I managed to order my set while sitting on a plane waiting for takeoff. I was doubtful I would actually be able to do it but I have my tracking already as well. Really appreciate your posting the date and time for this! Hopefully you'll be able to get one easily in the store.
 
Congratulations Rocko! I'm glad you were able to get one. I read that the FF set is limited to 4,000.
2.000 for the online crowd
2,000 for the parks
So I'm still hopeful I'll get one soon.
 
Well thanks to my precious Aunt who works at Disneyland, I now have a MEGO Fantastic Four set. Just opened them all up today. It's a fantastic set :p Along with Spidey, the Thing has always been one of my favorite Marvel heroes. I spent hours and hours playing with them in the 70's. Never thought I'd see them or get them again. Such joy! :cool:
 
Fyi for those who missed out on the Spider-man set. It's available again on the Disney Store site. Limit 2.

Anybody’s guess.
They announced that 4 (or 5?) sets would be released in 2025, and we got one (two if you count the Spidey 4-pack released in late 2024).
Mego also had another wave of DC figures announced well over a year ago, but nothing on that front.
At least the Atlas figures have shown up recently at multiple sites (I assume Walmart had a year exclusivity which they completely botched, thankfully nobody has to pay $$$ for a Grim Ghost now).
 
No idea. Other than the Marvel sets and the Atlas figures, I don't think anything new has come out for nearly 2 years. Some DC prototypes have been shown but no movement there. Imo the high tariffs probably have something to do with the lack of new stuff. But the lack of communication from Mego is disappointing.
 
Was the Fantastic Four set available on Disney’s website?

I’m going to Disney World in a month. Wonder if it’s there at any of the stores.

I found my set in Disneyland over the summer, so you might have some luck. If it fits in your itinerary, the dedicated Marvel store at Disney Springs tends to have solid inventory. I managed to snag the ML X-Force set from there a few years back.

Update: No luck finding this set at Disney Springs in Orlando. A little surprised these never went up on the online Disney Store.
