Marvel Legends Preorders - When and Where

I doubt I would buy Maximus if he were released, so for me, the Inhumans are complete. I’m just not all that steeped in the lore. Most of my exposure to the Inhumans growing up, outside of Crystal, was as guest stars in other books.

If they consider the Inhumans complete I'm going to spend too much time and energy trying to build an ANAD Karnak for myself. There's gotta be enough parts to pull that off.

There was a 12 issue Inhumans maxi series that came out several years ago that was very good. It was written by Paul Jenkins and drawn by Jae Lee. The artwork was real purty. I believe it's still in print if you want a good read.

Also, the War of Kings omnibus is real good, too.

Another vote of confidence for War of Kings! I've also been wanting to revisit the Jenkins Inhumans series for a while - now is as good a time as any!

I really liked the Inhumans series when some of the newly transformed Inhuman children/teens became foreign exchange students. There were some powerful characters created for that run.

There was also a DeciMation tie in that featured Quicksilver, I think it was called Son of M, and it dealt with him sort of taking refuge with the Inhumans in the fall out of Avengers Disassembled and House of M, where he tried to regain his lost mutant powers by Terrigen mist exposure. The Inhumans have a significant role in that, especially Crystal and Luna.

I remember the cover art for those books. Then the mists were killing off mutants later. But don't worry because "Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch were never mutants to begin with!"

Looking forward to "The Crossing" / Onslaught era Quicksilver if in fact he IS coming out as part of that.

There was also a follow up to that Son of M series called Silent War and it had rad, unnerving artwork by Frazer Irving.
