Marvel Legends Preorders - When and Where

Man Wolf is an instant purchase. FOMO will try to get me on the others (except Anti-Venom who I couldn't care less about) as some may "sell out", but they will all be back and likely on sale come Christmas.

For some reason I have 10 a.m. EST tomorrow blocked off - I know we've got the SDCC set and the MTG stuff tomorrow, but was there a Walmart exclusive or something popping up on 8/1? I can't find whatever the heck I put in the calendar to remember.

Thanks, Lucid! Will update first page now.

Got my order in for the Marvel MTG figures. I couldnt help myself and ordered 2 of Man Wolf.

I can't wait to skip that horrendous Gambit/Rogue 2-pack... but will happily buy the Storm/Wolverine set. And the Cyc/Jean pack whenever it goes up.

I just realized that for no reason, Target cancelled my pre order for the Weapon X Wolverine. It isn't even time for it to ship or anything. They just cancelled it.

That's lame. Hopefully he'll be findable in stores like Chuck and Jean. Walmart cancelled a Transformer Preorder on me for no reason. Two weeks later I can order an in stock one. I don't understand big box retailers.

$40 is too steep for most of these. Man-Wolf being a (mostly?) new figure takes the sting off a little bit - the truth is, I will *happily* pay $40 for a figure of a classic comic character made well. New parts, sculpted details, paint, and accessories - cheaper is nicer, but I'll pay a bit more to see these characters who only get one shot every 20 years done right.
I sort of want that spider man but $40 seems like $10 too much so I have so far passed on it

It's an interering gamble on these. I assume the Magic card added minimal extra cost to the manufacture of the product - so the increased cost over a standard Legends release comes down to the bigger packaging - which is likely fairly small. So the $15 price increase is mostly a test to see how much the inclusion of the card drives up interest, as well as a hedge that even if this thing goes on 'clearance' for $30 they are still making more money than a regular Legends release.

Any numbers they move at $40 is gravy.

I'm going to pretend PatherCult's view is the official position of Hasbro on this. I'll seal it in my memory, and move on.

Anyone have information on Power Princess and Cable rereleases? I see on the first page they're coming in December and Preternia pointed out the Sci-Fi Toys link a while back. I assume that means we're expecting these to see a wide release?

Has anyone else put up preorders?
