$45? Hm.

IF I can get them, maybe I will.
But still: ugh.
If I do wind up owning these, I will take zero “clout” pleasure in them. I might never even mention I own them, lest I be mistaken for trying to show off.
This is a weird situation, and I don’t like it.

Makes the Magic the Gathering tax seem... well, not reasonable, but.

I don't know why I like the palette swaps on Logan and Cap as much as I do but I don't 45 dollars like them, so it's an easy wave the white flag of surrender for me.

Last I checked my TB ML1 Cap was still blue but hes in a bin that I haven't opened in a couple years at least.

I pulled mine off the shelf a few weeks ago (my shelves are... crowded) and hadn't noticed before how discolored he'd become.

So these will cost $65 Canadian. For a standard Legends offering. Instead of paying $20 for a Magic Card - you're paying $25 for a brand label applied to an effect piece. I have decided - fuck these things.

I was going to guess $50ea for these figures so $45 isn't a surprise. I tried adding a $55 keychain (LMAO) to my cart and they just add a flat $20 shipping fee. But then I added another $55 keychain and shipping dropped to $10. So it's almost like they just randomly charge you a shipping fee. Could possibly be $110 for two figures, which would make it a very expensive two-pack. I think I'm going to have to give up my dream of a green Cap. If he was on a "perfect" articulation scheme, I'd probably bite. Wolverine....I can wait for the inevitable brown Wolverine. I can paint a damn belt blue if it means saving $40.

Ugh the mismatched greens, it's like they don't care.

That's crazy...

To be fair I had guessed "cake" rather than an actual shoe.

I have Nike Monarchs because they're exceptionally comfortable. People say it's a "Dad shoe", well obviously Dad isn't buying Yeezies that look like they were designed in a paint mixer. The 90s basketball shoe aesthetic is where I'm happy at. I'm not limited to it, but if you know you like 60's cars why not own one / a few if that's what you're happiest with.
