Marvel Legends Gamerverse

They did say it was part of the premium program, and the M10 and Infinity Saga programs and such always ran 10 bucks more than standard on the 2 packs

These are a part of the fall program not summer. I think they are being a tad cautious with the release schedule because traditionally “Fall” in Hasbro speak does mean late July/Early August. And this certainly wouldn’t be the first time we saw products arrive on our doorstep virtually right after we bought them I mean…Spider-Man & Vulture VHS 2-pack anyone? Or even the Daredevil & Hydro-man 2-pack for that matter.

This is a fun Wolverine. I'm not even sure what I'd want in a "Maximum" release that I won't have here. Toe hinges, I guess? I have the unmasked head with cowl from the love triangle pack. Open hands, maybe? I feel like everything accessory-wise that I'd want, I already have. Claw shape isn't important; I'm using third-party metal claws on any of these guys. What do you guys think, what will the Maximum version come with that the average Wolverine figure owner would want?

Side-note about Silver Samurai, would it have killed them to put a little loop on his skirt for his katana? :cautious:

Alternate belts, multiple heads including giant sized, first appearance, unmasked, 90’s unmasked Kubert style with the big hair, battle damaged cowl and a berserker fury head..

Also can’t forget bone claws, maybe a battle damaged torso, some more slashing or stabbing effects would be nice. And then maybe some extra pack ins like some danger room robots with extra smashed bits would be cool as well

He's cheating a little by flexing the wrists, too. This range is acceptable, though. Looks about the same as the current Wolverine body.

I can’t imagine why people are having a hard time accepting the proportions of this Wolverine figure. I mean we’ve all seen the numerous posts and wishlists from members expressing desires to see a Wolverine figure based on the art of Mark Texiera, Jim Lee, Marc Silvestri, Joe Mad, Adam Kubert, Olivetti and of course the Capcom games. The bottom line is that you’re all looking for that ideal Wolverine that looks swoll and actually feels like he’s 350 lbs of muscle and adamantium crammed into a tiny little 5 ft 3” body, correct?

I think you just got your golden egg here guys. If any of you are still on the fence…now is not the time to be thumbing your nose. Hasbro just gave you the banquet you’ve been dying to eat. Dig in already.

The way the hair is drawn onto his arms is pitiful.

NEED WE GO OVER THIS SHIT AGAIN?!?!?!

This figure is based on a video game character that was drawn and influenced by a Japanese manga artist!!!! It’s SIMPLIFIED and made to look cartoony on purpose!!

I swear some of y’all would be concerned about graffiti in your neighborhood even if all it did was spell out the words “Winnie the Pooh”

I guess I haven't been keeping up with the thread. This is the first time I've noticed the hair. It looks like Ralph Wiggum hair. And it doesn't look like the art you posted. It looks like Sharpie lines. If you're cool with it, I'm cool with you. But I don't care for it. I'll see about removing it.

What I find more interesting than the elbow range in these photos is the section of his lower back. I feel like this all but confirms that he's on a ball joint for his lower torso. If someone knows definitively one way or another, I'd like to know.

Yeah this figure has Mafex style articulation from the looks of it but much better quality because it won’t fall apart in your hands. I’m really pleased with this change. And while they’ve gotten better at it with the most recent gamerverse venom and the maximum Spider-Man, the reverse ball torso is not my favorite design either. A lot of range is inhibited when all of the hinge and swivel articulation is strictly at the diaphragm joint and the lower ab can only pivot back and forth

Looking at images on Google, Hasbro wanted they could keep this particular Gamerverse theme going for quite sometime. It would be great if we could get the Target link for the Psylocke/Thanos 2-pack before tomorrow morning.
