Marvel Cinematic Universe Figure Discussion

These pics from marvelous news have me believing Yelena has better height but Red Guardian is way too small

I found the Thunderbolts 2-packs at Walmart today. I went ahead and picked up Red Guardian and Yelena but passed on Sentry/USAgent.

I really only picked this up because I'm a huge fan of Red Guardian as a character. He's just one of those that I can't seem to pass up (like Hobgoblin and Venom). However both figures are better than I expected. I was very pleasantly surprised. The textures and details were a little more than I anticipated. I wish they would give this much love to some of the comic figures they put out.

I don't need another Ghost or Taskmaster since I have the originals that got put out but really want the Val / Void 2-pack that is rumored!

The most I ever see of the FF figures online is 1 of each in stock at Target and never available for in store pick up. I'm guessing this is because there's just one of each figure in a case and apparently stores are getting a maximum of one case?

Anyway, the only store showing anything in my area is in downtown Minneapolis, one of everyone except Silver Surfer. 25 year old me would brave Saturday night downtown MPLS every weekend. 45 year old me wants nothing to do with it.

Hypothetically, how easy is it to boil and pop the torso and hips/legs on the FF movie Invisible Woman?

So today I got the MCU Galactus popcorn bucket. It really looks great! That shiny purple with hits of black in areas to add some depth, just sweet. I don't like the flesh color, but I do think it pretty much matches the movie. I'm likely going to repaint that part, though. Pretty much human size and he's going right on top of a display cabinet with some figures around it. I kind of wished it had a top cover, though I'll never see the top once it's up in the display. However, I may use the hole to puts flight stands in it for characters.

I have yet to pull the trigger in the FF movie wave. I thought when I do that surely I would just go with flame-on Jonny and leave the standard version. But I just saw a pic of someone's standard Jonny with a Holland Spider-Man head and hands and now I may as well do the whole wave.

Where is the wave in stock anywhere, outside of Ebay? And the mystical, mythical Walmart displays?

I pre-ordered Shalla and Torch from Amazon and received them on June 29th. I skipped the rest. I haven't seen these at retail around me at all yet either.

My Target hasn't done their toy reset that was supposed to happen during SDCC and I think they're holding all of that stuff until they get around to doing the reset. I know they have DC Multiverse figures that I want in the back, but they've told me they can't sell them until the reset is done. They've been telling me it will be a day or two for weeks now.

I meant to get around to getting the Fantasticar popcorn bucket, but I forgot about it and now it's sold out. I'm finally going to go see the movie this Sunday before it leaves theaters.

Yeah even in Canada they were only for the pre-orders at EB and then they're on the secondary market for like 55 to 80 bucks.

Was this just like a quick injection or something.

I got mine off eBay for a bit less than what the sites were selling him for when you included their shipping.

I tried to find a way to incorporate both of Johnny's forms. My intent was that this was supposed to be him flaming on but a friend tells me it looks like he is creating one of his little flame clones.

Finally caught up on this thread. Loved the Fantastic Four movie, which I saw twice opening weekend. After determining it was not too scary on the first watch, I brought my daughters to see it the second time, and they loved it! Particularly Franklin and Herbie.

The Legends figures came out great. Are these even available in stores? Glad I got the wave online in advance. My favorites are Thing and Silver Surfer.

Yeah I agree - these legends offerings are the perhaps the best MCU legends release for a v long time!
