Marvel Cinematic Universe Figure Discussion

Just doing Echo and Werewolf by Night, the titular characters in their own series/special would seem like a good start. Of the two, I'd rather have Echo though personally.

I haven't had a chance to watch Ironheart yet, which is unusual for me - but I don't get as much time to watch shows during the summer when I can get outside. So I appreciate the avoidance of spoilers! I'm still only through 2 episodes of the newer season of Andor and I saw that Sandman season 2 was dropping on Netflix, so that may take priority over Ironheart for me.

Oh no, it's nothing you did. I get all kinds of nerd spoilers just going onto the internet. I don't even seek them out. Its learned what I'm into and throws it at me unsolicited. In this particular case, I really don't care anyway.
 
Ironheart’s spoiler got spoiled for me too. Puts me in less of a rush to watch the show.
 
My ideal Ironheart figure would be a fully-articulated civvies Riri that can clip into the suit she wore for most of the season and we could "close" it. Alt half-helmeted head.

I know, Hasbro has never done that for... anyone, but that's what I would love to see.

If not, the episodes 2-5 armor had way more personality than the final, which color-wise is too close to the WF version.

Aw Christ those nails still freak me out. There's a woman at my job with nails JUST like that and it really bothered me; thank you for helping me realize why.

Fun AceofKnaves fact:
I’m known for my stage production of Dracula that I wrote and have directed/played Dracula in a couple times so far throughout my life. The first time was my senior year of college and I went VERY “method” with my appearance, to the extent that I grew out my fingernails and cut them to points, so that I could “feel the reality of having the claws of the Nosferatu” or whatever my 22 year old brain was spitting at the time. The role is intense and action-oriented, so by the time of the end of the run I had painfully broken off like four of my long fingernails and also my girlfriend at the time was NOT excited about long and sharp fingernails on the guy she slept with every night.
I will never, EVER grow my nails out like that again, just way way WAY too much trouble.

I would take the others if they made them, but in my hypothetical longshot manifestation, it has to be Dakota. And when I think of that movie (and I do) I think about the return to the apartment/save the cat/wall crawl scene.

Got Shalla-Bal in today. I really do like her, although I also wish she had more silver paint. I'm withholding judgement until I see the film though...I don't really recall how shiny her silver is in the trailer. Her hips are great, but I wish they had used the Black Widow torso with the butterflies and the lower ab crunch. She's highly poseable even without them though.

She works fine with the Marvel Select base as shown below. Norrin Radd in the pic is on the Select surfboard. It doesn't slide into Shall-Bal's base effect neatly like her board does, but it does rest on it fine and of course you can just put him on her board for displays if you like. Not sure why the Legends team doesn't just put two pegs on their surfboards like the Select board has...not enough money in the budget? I always use my Surfers with the Select board just because of the extra peg.

I really do like Shalla-Bal's board best though even without the extra peg. The sculpt details on the top look like heat scarring that might happen as she enters a planet's atmosphere.

Two other points about Shalla. One I heard MCUCollector24 mention in his review but that wasn't visible in his video is that there is a very subtle orangish hue to her paint job similar in color to her base. You can't see it in most pictures and it's hard to notice at first, but if you look closely with her in hand you can see it. The other thing is that I thought her eyes were just silver paint until I got her, but there are light irises actually painted into the eyes. I didn't notice it at all until my son mentioned it, and even then I had to get her close to my face to actually see that detail because it's so subtle.

Here's a pic with the flash on to exaggerate both features. The orange highlights don't look anything like the pic below that makes the orange almost look like stain lines, but you can't see it at all in most pics so I distorted it to make it more visible. The flash also makes the irises more clear.
