Marvel Cinematic Universe Figure Discussion

Really enjoyed ironheart! I think my biggest wants would be the suit used through episodes 2-5 rather than the final ep suit!

Wondering whether I buy a comic hood as a stand in given I doubt seeing Hasbro make any more figs for this show given their recent track record….. was thinking of using another head sculpt to match Ramos - like track suit mafia head!?

Pls give us Echo, mustard daredevil, Wiccan and more daredevil characters.
 
Torch got delayed until the 11th. I had to actually approve that via email. It's whatever. So Torch comes the 11th and Sue is set for the 15th and Ben the 16th as of now
 
In regard to Ironheart, I don't need another Ironheart figure. Happy with the WF one. But def would want
Hood and Mephisto. Zeke as well, but he never got a proper suit. I would want one whenever he comes back and gets a proper costume.
 
Got Torchy today, and I really dig him. Takes me back to having the old Chris Evans HT that had the translucent plastic so you could see the joints and everything- blew my mind as a kid! He's definitely superior to de-flamed Johnny, but adding some of his extra hands does really help Johnny stand out; it's weird they didn't give him powered up hands, since he's shown on the back of the box with them, but I digress. All the extra flame effects make HT really pop; may see if I have any extra ones from other figures to add to Johnny. Having a fully powered up Johnny really makes me want a fully- or at least partially- powered up Sue. I always really thought the half-invisible look was the coolest. Maybe for Doomsday.
 
I really liked Ironheart's first armor on the show. The face was really cool and unique.

Walmart has slowly started to ship their unidentified F4 figures. I've got notice for one coming. The email is more vague than their original listings.

I don't mind having a flamed on Johnny and fully translucent Sue - but I'm really glad we're getting a regular Johnny and random parts of Sue aren't cast in clear plastic. It was awesome having the option in 2005 for Sue. 3 options if you could hunt. But not having a regular Johnny annoyed me so much that I had an actual commissioned custom still on my shelves.
 
Ironheart took me an episode or two to really get into, but just watched E3 today and am now FULLY on board. I know there's some spoilerific stuff out there but it's my fault if I see it this time cos I wasn't diving headlong into the episodes right away. Planning on catching up tonight/tomorrow. There's a few characters I would like to add from this show and would ALSO like comic versions of them as well.

Unrelated, Pulse had some kind of seizure tonight telling me my FF figures are shipping. Allegedly they'll all be here by yesterday. I'm not impatient for the FF stuff but it'll be nice to have them in hand BEFORE the movie, always love that and it happens so rarely.
 
I am really digging the Surfer figure. It wasn't easy to keep her on the board with the effect piece, but once I got her in a good pose (and rested her hand against the shell's wall), now she looks awesome! Of the 3 I got so far, she might be my favorite figure. But both her and Reed are awesome! The Johnny is cool, but plain. My expectations for Torch, Ben, and Sue are very high

I agree. She was the one I was expecting to like the least, just because of how relatively plain she is, but her poseability is just excellent. I do think she could've benefitted from a second peg at the back of the board- you're right, she can be a little tough to stand at times; I've found that lining up the little grooves in the board with her toes works best for me, but I'm sure everyone's mileage will vary. I am a little worried how the joints are gonna hold up over time, especially in places that get warmer, like my apartment, but for now, she's a lot of fun.

@Hi-Fi - great list, and one that isn't too dissimilar from my own. I don't ever see them making Leap Frog, unfortunately, as fun as that would be. Personally I'd be okay fudging in the comic version, but I know many others wouldn't. Then again, I never expected Hasbro to make Turgle or Skoova Stev in the Black Series, and they're coming out soon too, so I guess never say never.

I appreciate the effort but just logging on to the internet today means I already know who you're talking about with watching even a second of the show. I guess I best go dark now, Superman opens in one week.

Sorry! I redacted that part of my post now, anyway.

@joshsquash729 used to be a time when Hasbro would make even the minor characters from the films, what a time it was! :(

But yeah, I doubt we're getting most of the suggestions from my list.
 
I got a notice that my MCU Thing has processed at BBTS. Now to wait for the rest of the team to drop to ship.
